A man live streamed himself in his burning flat after allegedly starting the fire that killed his dog.
Cristian Lopez appears half-naked in the bizarre selfie video with flames taking hold in the flat behind him.
His wife and their child were believed to be in the property at the time of the fire, but no human injuries were reported in the incident.
In the distressing video, he can be seen ranting at the camera as flames begin to engulf the flat in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
During the video he accuses his wife of not "caring" about him.
It has been claimed that Lopez had been drinking and taking drugs before starting the blaze.
He is accused of starting the raging house fire by igniting a barrel of flammable liquid.
He fled the scene but was later arrested near La Bombonera stadium, home to the Boca Juniors football team.
Fortunately, his wife and child escaped unharmed from the house as it went up in flames.
But police say the family's pet dog burnt to death as the fire ripped through the small flat.
It is unclear whether Lopez has been charged over the fire, which is being investigated by police.
It is also unclear who uploaded the video onto the internet.
But viewers slammed Lopez as the footage began to circulate on social media.
One internet user called Sandra Zelaya described it as an example of how Argentina had lost its values as a country.
It was not clear whether the fire affected nearby properties.
