A British actor-turned-fighter played an Ariana Grande song in newly -liberated Raqqa in a poignant tribute to victims of the Manchester bomb attack.
Michael Enright, 52, played the US star's hit Bang Bang in the terror group's former Syrian capital on his mobile phone while holding a rifle in his other hand.
It comes just days after Raqqa was liberated from Islamic State militants following four months of fierce fighting in the organisation's former stronghold.
Speaking in an interview with Kurdish news outlet ANF English on Saturday, Mr Enright said: “Because I am from Manchester and they came to my city - they came to my city - and they tried to shut up Ariana Grande, that she would be the first one to sing.
