Peter Hookway, from Bideford, Devon, was working as a delivery driver in the US when he claims he spotted the appalling act on major highway the I5 out of Seattle in Washington.
Disturbing footage shows the motorist driving alongside Peter's HGV while exposing himself in a state of arousal through the zipper of his jeans.
The driver appears to have one hand grasping his genitals while the other controls the wheel, as cars pass him in both the inside and outside lanes - all the while oblivious to Peter filming the seedy display.
