Pervert dressed in Batman pyjamas confronted by paedophile hunters as dad cries "not again"

A pervert's dad cried "not again" as his son was snared by paedophile hunters on his doorstep while dressed in his Batman pyjamas.



Warren Milne, 24, denies his sick crime as members of Predator Hunters confront him for asking what he thought were underage girls for sex online.



The group had set up fake profiles as fictional schoolchildren to catch men looking to groom and meet children online.



Milne fidgets as he puts his hands up his grey and yellow Batman top and down his pyjamas, while the group warn him he is about to be arrested by police.



"I haven't done it," he simply mutters.



The paedophile hunters refuse to listen to his poor excuse and one firmly says: "It's not just this one - it's multiples. Are you going to start admitting this? It makes our job easier."



He then shows him hard evidence of a chat history between Milne and four different "teenage girls".



His dad can then be heard saying: "Not again? Again?"



Milne nervously fiddles with his glasses, brushing them over his face, as they continue to present their evidence.



But his mum desperately tries to stick up for her son, saying: "Are you calling me a liar? We are trying to tell you he hasn't done anything."



Undeterred, one of the paedophile hunters replies: "He's a paedophile is what he is, because he likes to groom underage girls for sex.



"What if it was your child? What if you had a girl, 11-years-old, and someone was trying to groom her for sex?"



Milne, of Hillhead Road, Newcastle, was already subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order that he was given by Newcastle Crown Court in June this year after committing similar offences last year.



On that occasion, he was allowed to keep his freedom but was made subject of the order, which banned him from communicating with people under 16.



But, by August 20, the 24-year-old was back up to his old tricks and began explicitly chatting to what he thought were the four underage girls online.



Now, Milne is facing an immediate jail sentence after he admitted four counts of attempting to communicate with a girl under 16 for the purpose of sexual gratification and one count of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.



He appeared via video link from prison at South East Northumberland Magistrates Court on Thursday to enter his pleas.



Sue Baker, prosecuting, said the charges were ‘attempt’ to communicate as the ‘victims’ were actually decoys.



District Judge Kate Meek said the case was so serious that Milne should be sent to Newcastle Crown Court for sentence.



The judge said: “The offences you have pleaded guilty to will be committed to the crown court.”



Gregg Stephens, mitigating, made on representations and will mitigate in full at the sentencing hearing.



Milne was remanded in custody to next appear at Newcastle Crown Court on November 30.
