Disturbing footage filmed inside one of England's prisons shows a inmate passed out after inhaling what is believed to be "hippy crack" in a cell.
The prisoners laugh and joke while apparently inflating balloons with nitrous oxide, making no effort to hide their identities.
After inhaling the gas - which was banned last year following 17 known deaths - an inmate is seen collapsed on the floor.
The footage, which was filmed on a mobile at an unknown prison in England, also shows a duffle bag full of nitrous oxide containers.
Two bottles of beer, one empty and the other half drunk, can also be seen in the clip, filmed by fellow prisoners.
