Video footage captured on a mobile phone showed how other travellers tried to step in as the 71-year-old continues to argue with the 25-year-old on a train in Singapore - and won't take no for an answer.
Witnesses filmed Gan Thian Soo from Singapore telling American man Joseph Flynn De Marini that he was gay and 'wanted a f***'.
Gan Thian Soo continued to demand sex and, shockingly, ended up slapping Joseph.
Soo, 71, has since been charged with assault, harassment and causing a public nuisance in a Singapore court.
