A brutal execution was caught on CCTV as a victim was chased by a gang and then shot 20 times.
The thugs on mopeds and armed with guns shot the property dealer in the middle of the street because of a row over land and money on October 23.
Horrific footage shows the victim, named only as Wajid, 45, running into his home in Delhi, India, as three men on motorbikes chase him inside.
He is then seen falling from a top floor window and onto the ground, where his killers are waiting for him.
A fourth man in a white shirt wearing a helmet is outside and fires his gun.
The other three men reappear and pull out their guns, shooting the victim repeatedly, although Mirror Online has decided to edit the footage.
A crowd gathers to watch the horrific scene but no one intervenes.
The victim was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police arrested the four men the following day, the Hindustan Times reports.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Ajit Kumar Singhala, in North East Delhi, said: "Wajid had a personal feud with the four accused due to a property and finance business deal.
"The four went into his house and gunned him down in a cold blooded attack.
"They were all arrested the next day and are currently in police custody."
