This is the heart-stopping moment a brave man escaped a raging tower block fire by climbing out of the window and clinging on to the railings.
While his home burned above him, the man desperately tried to kick in his neighbour's window below - all while dangling from 15 storeys up.
As the angry red flames started to spread, film shot by a bystander shows debris and fire falling around him as the building's cladding starts to melt.
The video footage shows how the man's flat quickly became completely engulfed in flames - while there was little witnesses could do to help him hanging around 150 feet off the ground.
