A shamed child rapist was publicly humiliated by a mob which lashed him and forced him to walk through the streets on his KNEES.
The man, named only as Miguel, is reported to have repeatedly raped his 15-year-old stepdaughter - but was spared jail by tribal leaders, who insisted instead that he should work to pay for her education instead.
A large crowd gathered to watch the punishment in the city of Santa Cruz del Quiche, in north-western Guatemala, and a bell was rung as he crawled - just like the infamous scene from Game of Thrones.
The rapist was told to pay for his stepdaughter's studies for the next six years, give her a monthly allowance and buy her a plot of land.
Miguel was given the financial punishment instead of a jail term so he could continue to pay for the upkeep of his own children.
