Shocking CCTV footage shows the moment a prominent lawyer is tackled to the ground by security guards - 'breaking his shoulder' in the process.
Clifford E. Haines, 72, was making his way through a metal detector before collecting his possessions from an X-Ray machine when the incident occurred at the Criminal Justice Center in Philadelphia, USA.
The clip then shows the deputy placing his hand on Mr Haines' chest before several other officers rush forward and grab him.
Eventually, Mr Haines is then tackled to the ground by the officers, a event he says caused him significant injury.
He is now suing six of the officers, saying they unnecessarily tackled him to the ground and used excessive force to restrain and arrest him.
