A driverless Delhi Metro train, being tested on the new "Magenta Line", crashed through a wall on December 19
This comes days before its scheduled launch by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Christma
The crash allegedly took place as the train's brakes were disengaged
Two empty coaches were badly damaged after the train went through a wall at the Kalindi Kunj depot
No casualties were reported in the crash
The Delhi Metro officials blamed it on "human error and negligence" and ordered an inquiry into the same
