A family is suing an airline after it failed to look after a disabled grandmother, leading to her accidentally falling down an escalator.
Bernice Kekona had landed at Portland in Oregon, USA, to change planes on her way back from holiday.
The diabetic widow was traveling back from visiting her family for a month in Hawaii in June.
She was helped off the first Alaska Airlines flight, strapped in to a motorised wheelchair and left to find her own way through the airport.
