Stunning time-lapse video captures the most recent SpaceX rocket launch — and an incredible silver trail it left in its wake.
Photographer Jesse Watson took more than 2,400 pictures of the Elon Musk's Falcon 9 aircraft taking off from the Vandenberg Air Base in California on December 22.
The 31-year-old, from Yuma, Arizona, snapped the rocket leave the spectacular jellyfish-like trail across the night sky.
He made a remarkable video using the thousands of photos, edited together to form a time-lapse effect.
