Yesterday, Officer Abraham observed Juan Mendoza cross Cleveland Ave. against a red light while riding an ATV.
Rather than yield to Officer Abraham’s lights and siren, Mendoza decided to keep driving toward the city limit. As you can see, Mendoza did not reach the outcome he was looking for and luckily only his pride was hurt.
