Footage showing a masked man firing five shots over the coffin of a former teacher is being investigated by police.
Seamus O'Kane, who was also a veteran republican socialist in Northern Ireland , was laid to rest at Derry's City Cemetery on Friday.
The ex-St Peter's High School teacher, who passed away on January 2, is reported to have been a former member of the Official IRA.
According to the Derry Journal , he was arrested for questioning over a car bomb which killed seven people outside Aldershot Barracks three weeks after Bloody Sunday in 1972 but released without charge.
