Two black males, identified as twin brothers Terry Outsey and Garry Outsey, 32, pulled into the gas station, exited their vehicle and opened fire with handguns once they spotted their intended victim.
At least one shot hit the victim in his thigh.
The brothers have been arrested and are charged with 43 counts, including assault with intent to murder.
