A 'careless' driver comes within inches of causing a double crash with a cyclist and a van in this terrifying footage.
The clip, filmed by the cyclist's helmet camera, shows the dark Volkswagen Polo dart straight out of a junction without paying attention to road markings - or oncoming traffic.
