A teacher was arrested and dragged to the floor after stood up for her colleagues who had not had a pay rise for years.
Deyshia Hargrave was dragged out of the building after speaking at a meeting of the Vermillion Parish schools board in Louisiana, in the USA.
Ms Hargrave was annoyed that the school's superintendent was presenting to the board, and was asking for a three-year contract with a hefty payrise.
Ms Hargrave told the meeting: "Any person in a position of leadership, getting any type of raise, I feel like is a slap in the face to teachers, cafeteria workers, and any other support staff we have."
From her seat in the audience she stood up when a police officer approached her and asked her to leave.
