Around 50 people were forced to jump into a canal in a bid to save themselves after a casino boat caught fire in Florida.
Astonishing video showed the Sun Cruz Casino boat shuttle ablaze in the Port Richey Canal on Sunday night.
Police and fire authorities said the captain realised there was engine trouble and then saw flames coming from the engine room.
He steered the ship closer to shore to give passengers a chance to get to safety.
According to Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, all 50 people on board jumped off into the water and made it to shore.
Fifteen were taken to hospital "as a precaution".
There are not thought to be any serious injuries.
