This is the horror moment a British father suffered a neck injury when a '15-STONE child' dive-bombed on top of him as he came down a water slide while on holiday in Spain.
Graham Hyde, 44, has launched legal action against travel firm Jet2holidays after ending up in hospital during an £1,800 break with his family - and spending a week in a neck brace.
He was exiting a water flume in the swimming pool of the Alegria Pineda Splash Hotel in Pineda de Mar in Barcelona, Spain, when the young boy - who he describes as a '15-stone lad' - jumped in to the water at exactly the same moment.
Video footage taken by Graham's wife Joanne, 39 - who were celebrating their wedding anniversary with daughter Grace, eight, when the accident occurred on June 3 last year - shows the two plunging underwater as they collide.
