CCTV captures shirtless man's terrifying knife-wielding lift rampage at infamous housing block

CCTV captured the terrifying moment a man armed with a butcher's knife began hacking at the walls of a lift at a block of flats.



Disturbing footage shows the half-naked man losing control and screaming at the top of his lungs while gesturing frenziedly.



During the 24-second rampage, he is also holding a stick and what appears to be a cigarette.



The video was recorded by a new security system installed at the government run housing block in Sydney, Australia.
