Shocking CCTV footage has revealed the moment that a brave shopkeeper fights off three masked and hammer wielding thugs who try to rob his shop.
Armed with just cardboard boxes, shop owner, Raj Sandhu can be seen defending himself when the three robbers barge through his door and attack him.
Putting his life on the line, the 55-year-old squares up to his attackers, even while they try to batter him with a hammer.
Mr Sandhu, who has run Maypole Stores in Welford-on-Avon for 25 years, was emptying the cash machine when the robbers entered.
