At least 11 people are injured in a suspected suicide bombing and gun attack on the Save The Children charity office in Afghanistan.
Reporters on the ground in Jalalabad heard two explosions followed by rapid gunfire.
A government spokesman said a car bomb had gone off near the office of the aid agency before attackers clashed with security forces.
"There was a blast and the target was Save the Children," said the spokesman, Attaullah Khogyani.
Khogyani had no word on casualties but the director of the provincial health department said 11 wounded people had been taken to hospital.
