Teen rescued from burning car by cop after 'high-speed' crash as youngster screams "my leg is broken"

A brave policeman rescued an 18-year-old from a burning car after a crash, as the teen screamed his leg was broken.



The sheriff's deputy was on patrol when the young driver passed him at high speed, reports say, causing the officer to chase him.



But the driver lost control and crashed the car into a wooded area, causing the vehicle to turn on its side and catch fire, Click On Detroit reports.



Dramatic footage shows the car up in roaring flames from behind a group of trees, as the policeman stops and runs to the rescue.



The officer had to break through the sunroof using his baton to get to him, reports claim, before colleagues came to help.
