A 19-year-old boy is tied to a tree every day by his family - because they cannot afford to pay for treatment for his schizophrenia.
Natanael Fuentes Valenzuela is tethered to the tree on a daily basis to stop him from harming himself.
Psychiatric care in his home town of Navojoa in north-west Mexico is too expensive, and his family are unable to raise the necessary funds.
His family say that although Natanael is not violent with other people, his cerebral palsy and schizophrenia means he would hurt himself if his hands and feet were not bound.
