This is the stomach-churning moment a doctor pulls a massive ball of wax out of a patient's ear so he can finally hear again.
The ball of wax was so big the man wasn't able to remove it himself.
So he called on the services of ear specialist Neel Raithatha, who picks away at the wax lodged solid inside the man's ear.
The giant ball was a combination of wax and matted hair and was finally removed at the surgery in Oadby, Leicestershire.
