A female shop worker says she "dreads" visiting Derby because of the "unacceptable" number of drug abusers in the city centre, which she claims has led to three attacks on her.
The unnamed woman captured four “zombie-like” people in a major shopping street in the city, who she claimed had taken Black Mamba – a synthetic form of cannabis.
Some of the men are seen hunched over in the footage in an apparent dazed and confused state as bystanders walk by without appearing to take notice of them.
