EXPOSED: Drug Raid in Tulsa, Arizona Connected to Mexican Drug Cartel Leaders, 10 Mexican Nationals Arrested

Federal, state and local law enforcement officers raided multiple residences Wednesday morning in connection with a heroin trafficking ring that has cartel ties, authorities said.

Officers reportedly seized cash, heroin and firearms. Casey Roebuck, a spokeswoman for the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, said a search warrant executed at the Shoreline Apartments, in the 2300 block of South 96th East Avenue, “was proving to be the most productive.”



In all, officers served nine warrants at locations in Tulsa and Wagoner counties, TCSO Deputy Justin Green said.



Ten people were arrested on state felony complaints including aggravated trafficking of a controlled and dangerous substance, possession of drug proceeds and use of a telephonic device to commit a felony.



Authorities said six of the 10 were Mexican citizens but were in the United States legally.



Two individuals were administratively arrested on immigration charges for being illegally present in the United States.



All the raided locations were connected to a heroin and human trafficking ring that operates in Tulsa, authorities said. The people targeted were estimated to be supplying as much as two-thirds of the heroin in the Tulsa area.



“We found a lot of heroin. We found guns. We found a lot of money,” Green said. “So we’re getting a lot of heroin off the streets.”
