A World War Two bomb which caused chaos when it was discovered close to London City Airport has been blown up.
The airport was forced to shut and flights were cancelled on Sunday after the 500kg device was discovered during planned development work.
An exclusion zone of more than 200 metres was set up around the airport, and no flights took off at all on Monday.
The device was exploded today by a Royal Navy Bomb Disposal team off Shoeburyness in Essex.
The 1.5-metre-long tapered-end shell was found 15 metres underwater at the King George V Dock in east London, and was moved to a secure area.
