Masked anti-fascist protesters attacked a university free speech society meeting last night, allegedly throwing smoke bombs and punching security guards.
Chilling video shows a group of protesters, with balaclavas and bandannas drawn over their faces, march into the room together at King's College London on Monday night.
Violence erupted as the protesters, some waving the Antifa anti-fascist flag, clashed with students and security at a talk hosted by the KCL Libertarian Society.
Smoke bombs were hurled on campus, a window was broken and a number of security guards were injured in the violence, eyewitnesses said.
The protesters also grabbed the speakers' microphones before smashing windows and threatening the moderator.
Organisers were forced to evacuate the building and call the police.
