CCTV footage shows a teenage thug crashing a stolen scooter into a lorry 24 hours after a spate of acid attacks.
Derryck John threw a strong corrosive substance over six moped drivers in an horrific 90-minute rampage on July 13.
The now 17-year-old was arrested in the early hours of July 14 after a road traffic collision involving a suspected stolen moped linked him to the attacks.
John previously pleaded guilty to 12 offences in relation to the spate of acid attacks in north and east London.
Today he was sentenced to 10-and-a-half years behind bars at Wood Green Crown Court.
The 17-year-old was just 16 when he carried out the horrific attacks with another individual who has not been identified.
During the attacks he sprayed the strong corrosive liquid, with a PH level of one, in the face of his victims around ten times.
