A rat 'that was ready to pounce' was filmed peaking out of the toilet of a pub .
Emma Carpenter says one of her former colleagues filmed the rat inside the loo at the Folly bar in Boston, Lincolnshire.
The owner of the bar has insisted it is an isolated incident.
Emma said that the rat was 'ready to pounce' and she was disgusted by the alleged incident.
She told Lincolnshire Live : "On the morning my colleague went in to open up. He went upstairs to the toilets, went in and he spotted it.
"When he called pest control in, the venue was covered in rat droppings and scratch marks.
"The pest control man said the rat was ready to pounce.
