A clifftop hotel is perilously close to collapsing into the sea - with the rocks crumbling away "by the hour" and a huge crack having opened just feet away.
Cara Strom, the owner-manager of the Blue Anchor Hotel at Blue Anchor Bay near Minehead, Somerset, says the cracks began to emerge on March 14.
She has warned that time is running out to shore up sea defences nearby - otherwise, the business will collapse into the water, Somerset Live reports.
Mrs Strom said: "Gradually through the day the cracks just got bigger and bigger and bigger. The cliff is going by the hour."
