A teacher who confused his social media privacy setting and accidentally shared a video of him kissing a teenage pupil has been sacked.
The teacher known only by his surname, Jia, was tutoring the girl in physics when he unwittingly shared the clip with all of his followers on a social network app called 'Qzone'.
The full video, which has since been deleted, showed 47-year-old Jia, kissing the teenage schoolgirl on the lips at his home.
According to a statement by the county's education officials Jia, who teachers in north-western China's Shaanxi Province, wanted to share the video using the "only me" privacy setting but unwittingly chose the "all my friends" option.
