Recently captured dash-cam footage has triggered a heated debate about the do's and don't's of responsible driving, after one car failed a brazen attempt to cross three lanes of peak-hour traffic.
The footage, taken at 9.40am on Wednesday morning and uploaded to the Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page, plays out like a driver awareness test.
