This is the moment a suspected drink driver drove past traffic before allegedly ploughing into pedestrians in Blackpool town centre, it has been reported.
Taxi driver Robin Garner reportedly captured the vehicle on his dashcam as he was unloading passengers and has now provided the footage to police.
