This is the appalling moment a man is shot in a Massachusetts street in broad daylight.
A bystander was recording a fight between two men in the city of Lawrence when one of them pulled out a gun and fired.
The brawling duo are first shown on the pavement near a car, with the shooter sitting on top of the victim as they scrap.
They then get to their feet and the victim throws a punch at the shooter.
The shooter then lifts up his gun and fires at the victim.
He begins to jog away from the scene as numerous witnesses look on in shock at the horrifying incident, which took place just after noon last Tuesday.
The victim, 46, was hit in the leg while the shooter escaped in a white Infiniti.
A witness, speaking to NECN, said: 'Nobody knew there was a gun involved until somebody came up to me and told me there's a gun.'
