Builder forces couple to return fly tipped items to their vehicle in excruciating video

This is the moment a workman forces fly tippers to load building rubble BACK into their vehicle - after catching them red-handed.



The unsuspecting Asian couple were caught in the act as they dumped bricks and piles of stone at the roadside.



But they didn't expect to be held to account by a passing builder, who shamed them into returning every last piece of debris to their car.
