Watch pathetic robbers try to smash their way out of petrol station

This CCTV footage shows two pathetic robbers trying to smash their way out of a petrol station with a fire extinguisher.



Brave shopkeeper Ahmad Miakhail locked Anees Farooq and Umair Buchari inside the BP garage in Sefton Street, Liverpool city centre .



Farooq had waved a knife at him and demanded cash while Buchari pretended a plaster cast under his sleeve was a gun.



But after they took £400, Mr Miakhail pressed a panic button – locking the exit doors – then hid in a toilet with a female colleague.



The crooks realised they were trapped and Farooq dropped the cash before scrambling around on the floor trying to pick it up.
