One of France's greatest matadors was gored by a raging bull before killing it and being awarded its two ears as a trophy.
In the footage, bullfighter Sebastian Castella can be seen standing in front of a bull when the animal charges into him, sending Castella crashing to the ground.
The raging bull then flings Castella's legs into the air with its horns, flipping the bullfighter over before stepping over his body.
The 35-year-old lies on the ground covering his head as other bullfighters run in to distract the huge bull.
The French bullfighter Castella was rushed from the ring and and was fortunate to only need treatment to a wound to his foot.
