A rampaging dog savaged five people before it was killed dead by police as its screaming owner begged them not to shoot.
The Rottweiler had been pinned to the wall by officers but after it broke free it was surrounded and killed.
In dramatic footage, the 18-month-old dog named Pasha, was lurching at people as its desperate owner, named only as Jenny, tried to control it on the streets of German city, Munich.
A passer-by filmed dozens of officers and its 26-year-old owner trying to tame the dog.
The police had unsuccessfully tried protecting citizens and even had Pasha restrained against a wall, but it free and bit two officers, aged 20 and 28, on their arms and hands.
