Footage has been released of a man deliberately mowing down his wife with his car after she told him she wanted a divorce.
The incident, which was caught on camera in the Russian city of Khabarovsk, escalated after the married couple had an argument in the car.
According to local media, the 26-year-old woman then told her husband she wanted a divorce and got out of the car which was stopped in the middle of the road.
The video then shows the blue car performing a U-turn before deliberately striking the woman in the middle of the road.
While she avoids being hit head-on by the vehicle, the woman is hit with force by the right hand side of the car and is thrown to the floor.
