This is the dramatic moment a 'trained Taliban-bomb maker' was taken down by armed police near Parliament just weeks after the Westminster terror attack.
Khalid Ali, 28, was arrested at the Parliament Street junction in London on April 27 last year, four weeks after Khalid Masood killed five people nearby.
The footage shows Ali, of Edmonton, north London, put his hands in the air and drop to the pavement when confronted by officers.
One asks him if he has anything on him that would cause harm, and he replies: 'You'll see.'
The shocking clip was shown to jurors at the Old Bailey today where he is on trial accused of preparing acts of terrorism.
