A "super nun" dramatically fought off an half-naked man at a Russian convent when he attacked a sister and pinned her to the floor.
She has been widely praised on social media after CCTV footage was circulated.
The nun was shown battling the half-naked man, who ran up to his intended victim as she tended to the garden at St Elisabeth Convent, in the city of Kaliningrad, in north-western Russia.
As he grabs her by the head, the "super nun" spots the danger.
She can been seen tearing across a well-tended lawn, her robes billowing as she runs to the aid of her distressed colleague.
