Thousands of monster jellyfish are plaguing popular Costa del Sol beaches as holidaymakers get set for the summer.
More than 11 tonnes of the whopper sea creatures have been dragged from the sea by authorities and even sunbathers have been spotted helping to remove them.
The worrying incidents have taken place in the province of Malaga, in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia across the coast from the resort.
According to local media, cleaning boats have already collected 11 tonnes of jellyfish from on both the eastern and western coasts of the province.
