Maor Gofer was stunned when he spotted the crash on June 15 in Manshiya Zabda, Israel.
He claims that no one was seriously hurt in the accident despite its severity.
Maor Gofer said: “Miraculously, there were only minor injuries.
“The truck had two adults in the front and two children in the back.
“They were all in shock and the children were rather distraught but otherwise unhurt.
“The red light runner was able to get out of the car by himself and sustained only minor injuries.
“An ambulance was called to the scene, but like I said, there were only minor injuries.
“Goes to show you can be driving on the other side of the street with a huge concrete barrier, and still be susceptible to the stupidity of others.”
