The 'world's heaviest teenager' at 37 stone can finally breathe properly and walk unaided after kick-starting his weight loss journey.
Mihir Jain, 14, was addicted to fried food and his mum says he used to sit in bed all day eating.
He lost the ability to walk properly and was house-bound, even having to drop out of school for a while.
A doctor said he couldn't even open his eyes as he reached an extreme stage of obesity.
Mihir's situation made him feel frustrated and angry, and his family decided something needed to change.
He has now started to shed the pounds after having a gastric bypass in India, and he's thought to be one of the youngest people in the world to have had the procedure.
