Prison inmates appear unable to control themselves while allegedly high on synthetic drug Spice in shocking new footage captured on a smuggled phone.
The video, from HMP Northumberland , has surfaced the day after a distressing film showed inmates, chained like dogs, brawling while naked - also allegedly high on Spice.
The new footage today shows how the psychoactive drug, once a legal high, is stripping inmates of their self control.
One man said to be under the influence is seen writhing on the floor, reports TeesideLive .
The man is told to relax by another inmate as loud laughter is heard in the background in the clip, filmed inside Northumberland Prison.
