The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) has launched an investigation after a wild brawl broke out between Australia and the Philippines in their Basketball World Cup qualifying game at Bulacan, the Philippines, on Monday.
The fight, which included Milwaukee Bucks forward Thon Maker, spilled into the area behind the baseline, where video footage showed a chair being thrown at one of the players from a close distance.
The scuffle began in the third quarter of Australia's 89-53 victory following a collision in the lane.
