Stunned Londoners looked on as a group of jet skiers were pursued in a "James Bond-style" chase up the River Thames.
Those watching from the banks of the river may well have thought it was a remake of the scene where Pierce Brosnan is chased up the Thames as 007 in The World Is Not Enough.
But the Metropolitan Police marine policing unit has confirmed the high-speed river pursuit was actually a real police chase, Sky News reports.
The video shows the jetskis making their way west at high speeds past the O2 Arena. In the 1999 film Brosnan's James Bond ended his iconic boat chase outside the then Millennium Dome.
